Aboriginal Groups/Organizations:

STEP offers a variety of assistance to Aboriginal groups and organizations from program financial assistance, to proposal review and approval, and to program/training evaluation.

STEP work closely with these groups from the onset of a training initiative through to its completion. They provide a wealth of knowledge from finance to program development.

Individual Aboriginals:

Aboriginal persons are offered the same services that are provided to groups. Please contact your STEP Band representative for more information.

All other individuals of Aboriginal ancestry are asked to contact the Shuswap Aboriginal Employment Service where trained counselors are prepared to assist you with your job search.
