SCES will be celebrating our 25th anniversary on September 26, 2008...

10:00 a.m. Official Opening: Opening Prayer, Welcome Address, Delegations, Hand Drumming and Singing. There will be a mini-powwow hosted at the Special Events Arbour(powwow arbor) in Kamloops, BC from 1pm until 5pm. All drums and dancers are invited and encouraged to have come and have a lot of fun. Honorariums for drums.
There will be storytelling by an elder and a few others.

Lunch will be provided with some cake for dessert to celebrate SCES's 25th Anniversary.

Booths will be up to showcase the departments (Language, News, Arts, AITT, and Finance); as well artisans are welcome.
