We recognize National Aboriginal Day is on Saturday, June 21, 2008; however, since we wish to involve the schools we have set our day for Thursday, June 19, 2008 at the Secwepemc Museum & Heritage Park and Skelep School Field.

Activities include: Lahal Tournament, Hand Drumming, Honouring of Veterans, Children's Activities, Traditional Games, Storytelling, Film Fest, Concession, Arts & Crafts Displays, Special Guest - Richard Wagamese, others

Second PLANNING MEETING HAS BEEN SET FOR Friday, May 16, 2008 AT 9:00 AM IN THE SECWEPEMC MUSEUM.
