"In The Beginning" production in Kamloops

On Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 5:00PM, there will be a 55-minute production put on at the Tournament Capital Centre(inside). Our Secwepemc have a 15-production part called "In The Beginning". The following people are part of the production.

1. Coyote story by: Warren Fortier, SNTC (forestry)
2. Secwepemc narration and historical photos fromt he Museum Archives by: Janet Deneault, Secwepemc Museum Educator.
3. Eagle dance by: Legendary Ernie Phillips from Little Shuswap Band.
4. Hand Drumming by: Darrel Draney and Terry Deneault, from Skeetchestn.
5. Welcome dance by: Skelep School children
