To meet the goals set out by the founders and current members, SCES offers a variety of cultural programs and services. These include: operation of the Secwepemc Archives; Secwepemc Language, Communications and Publishing Department; Secwepemc News and Publishing Department. Education programs include: Aboriginal Apprenticeship & Industry Training; Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Education and Development Program; Adult Education; and individual school and university collaborative programs.
On an ongoing basis the Society also collects and records the memoirs of Secwepemc elders, preserves and displays Secwepemc artefacts and archival material, and publishes books on the history and traditional stories of the Secwepemc people.
